A friend got in touch saying they were feeling down and that these little posts were helpful. So Im glad this is doing some good.
And trying to figure out advice in the middle of your own recovery gives a little perspective. Even when you realise you often dont take your own advice (Ive not meditated for days and want to stuff random chocolate in my mouth all day)
A short one today as Ive not left the house most if the day BUT only because I was in to observe building works. So I did some tidying and sorting. Cos if I cant have control over my emotions and panic attacks and the fact I want to fall asleep at 8pm I can have control over my t-shirt storage
