Turns out resting all day and accepting that its needed, plus an an actual full undisturbed nights sleep does wonders for you. First time in a while I havent felt like I was dragging myself through the day.
But I think what really made it is the acceptance that I needed to take a self care day, rather than feeling that I had to but also feeling held hostage by it because I SHOULD be doing something more productive. However it shouldt really take being brought to the brink of exhaustion should it?
