Oh I feel you Duggie.
Knackered now but I think my body is recovering after a stressful couple of days following a pretty stressful few months.
But Im feeling a lot more relaxed and not like Im propelling forward constantly. And I think my body was taking advantage of this. Almost fell asleep in the middle of the day.
Took time to sort things out that I hadnt had time to do or had plain forgotten. Made sure to connect and support some friends, put my house in order, took the dog out twice and made a home made dinner with the husband. Pushing all those self care buttons.
Still going strong and positive. Just tired and a wee bit groggy now the evening is drawing in. Thats what you get for relaxing ;)
