Day 7 of 365 Days of Recovery (So 7 days! Thats gone fast. How has it been for you guys? Too frequent? Boring? Attention seeking?) Its fair to say that jetlag and anxiety do not mix. I think its a case of a real disruption of routine and the balance that is self care. I always make my sleep pattern, my eating and rest a main priority and traverling through time zones puts that all out of wack. So it looks it’ll take time to restablish the routine again. But maybe it helps to reflect on what my self care is and how important it is?
Anyway feeling better than yesterday.
