Heres a perfect poached egg and avocado on toast which was blumming tasty and was made my dad which was very nice and warmed my heart. Little things sometimes means the most.
Tried Mindful Eating today, which is just taking your time to eating and enjoy the texture, taste, colour, warmth etc makes you appreciate more and be more fulfilled in a way (and full!) Was a good idea as I suddenly was all over the place with calls and messages and emails
I then completely forgot to try it tonight and positively inhaled some sausage and chips. And it was well nice. But there you go. Do it when you can
