At least I THINK its day 3, having been up mostly 24 hours and traveling most of those.
Turns out my anxiety reducing systems works (even if it takes all day to implement) and my journeys have been fairly good with just a handful of mini throwing up panics rather than one long sustained one.
Also helps when Virgin Atlantic has Headspace mindful meditations in its inflight entertainment.
Now for a different kind of recovery, getting over jetlag and getting some rest.
